What is the cancellation policy?

Unipack is happy to exchange or refund your purchase at any time up to 48 hours after receiving your goods.  Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

 

How do I cancel my order before goods have been dispatched?

If you exercise your right of cancellation before the goods have been dispatched, then the order will be cancelled. You must send an email within 48 hours of delivery to info@unipackworldwide.co.uk stating your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail) and that you wish to cancel your order.  The amount you have paid will be refunded to your debit/credit card within 30 days at no additional cost to you. 

How do I cancel my order after goods have been dispatched?

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. You must send an email within 48 hours of delivery to info@unipackworldwide.com stating your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail) and that you wish to cancel your order. 

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.  Once the cancelled items have been received in good condition by us, we will refund your debit/credit card within 30 days for the goods only and not for any packing and shipping costs. Please note if the goods are not returned in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition there will be an additional charge.

We advise that you use a service that requests signatures on delivery to ensure that there are no problems in relation to lost goods in transit.

How long do I have to return the goods?

The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
